Indian Geography is the most important subject for UPSC, MPPSC, SSC, Railways and all competitive exams in which General Study is in the syllabus. Two types of question generally asked from this subject

Facts are asked in all the exams from top to bottom and Concept is asked in only objective type exams such as SSC, MPPSC prelims, Railways Etc.

In UPSC prelims as well as in mains Indian Geography plays an important role. Similar for MPPSC and other state PSC exams.
